CIRB STAKEHOLDERS,

The CIRB Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) have been updated.  The changes were made to clarify the ability of CIRB members to serve as alternates on other Boards.  A full description of the change is summarized in the Summary of Changes to the SOPs.
